How to applyĪpplicants should complete the Adrian Todd Golden Key Student Fund application form and return it to Prof Patrick Corbett at closing date for the next round of awards will be March 31st 2023. Eligibilityįull-time MSc and PhD students who are currently enrolled on IPE courses at one our Edinburgh, Dubai or Malaysia campuses are eligible to apply. The fund is supported by Alumni of IPE who are encouraged to donate. In addition to these examples other exceptional cases will be considered. The fund will support IPE students to enhance their educational and research experience by providing funding to attend and present at high profile conferences, support research visits to leading universities across the world, fund international field and laboratory work and other initiatives that are in the spirit of pursuing excellence. Sadly, Prof Adrian Todd died peacefully on 10th July 2022 in Murrayfield House nursing home. Adrian was well known to many as a lecturer in Petroleum Engineering, researcher in Fluids, Gas Condensates and CO2 Capture and Storage. This marker coincided with Prof Todd's retirement from IPE where he had served since its inception.
